My Favorite Tools
These are my 10 favorite, most successful, and popular tools. In this time of great change and transformation, we can all use as many tools as are available to us, neatly organized so we can find the one we need when we need it. Each tool is simple, short, easy to use and practice.
Use them either in order or just choose the one that calls to your heart at the moment. Enjoy!
The Blue Egg is a tool that can be used for any potentially upsetting situation or event where you may feel anxious. If you can face the situation or event in a calm state, the outcome has a much higher probablity of turning out in your favor and your calmness will benefit everyone involved.
The Child Self is a tool that has benefitted countless people. Our experiences in this lifetime are anchored in what we experienced in our early childhood years. This tool guides you to find the root cause of your experiences and make peace with it. Many people use this multiple times.
Ho’oponopono was originally a Hawaiian practice that did not involve “forgiveness” but rather allowed all participants respect and dignity in coming to solutions and resolving interpersonal perceptions. This tool is a brief explanation of the Hawaiian ho’oponopono.
The inner self place can be very useful in our busy lives where we rarely feel we have a moment to get away and just spend a little time with ourselves. This can provide an instant of serenity, even in the fast pace of our lives.
Self Talk addresses how we talk to ourselves habitually, which our society has ingrained in us to be less than positive. It provides the means to end the “hamster wheel” loop thinking so you can be at peace with yourself and even treat yourself with loving kindness.
The stage is one of the more advanced tools for dealing with trauma. My life changed dramatically from “why can’t I get past this” to calm joyfulness when this tool was given to me.
If you are feeling stuck, like your life is not your own, like you have no choice, The Hall is a tool to guide you to find your way past your blockages and into clam clarity and provide you the freedom of self mastery.
Whenever you have a big decision to make but just can’t seem to get past your self talk or small thinking, Two Chairs can guide you to find the most beneficial and truest solution for you.
The Wall goes hand in hand with Child Self, but can also be used independently. In our early years when we didn’t have the tools to handle some of our experiences, we needed safety mechanisms to keep us safe, but those safety mechanisms may no longer serve us decades later. When you know what your blockages are and are ready to release and transform them, The Wall provides a way to do that.
What If is a tool I have been using for years to guide people to find and see their inner self. This simple tool can guide you to clarity so you can see your way forward. This is a great tool to use first to get an idea of where you are ands where you would like to be.
